Returns
Pens are a standard, non-custom item, so you may return them within 30 days of delivery for a refund as long as they are unused, unopened and in their original packaging (Refund Policy). Return shipping is paid by the customer. Once your return reaches us you can typically expect your refund within 3 days, and often sooner. To start a return, log in to your account, open the order under My Account, and click Return Item(s). We will email you once the return is received and processed.
Shipping
Economy shipping is free on orders of $90 or more, and a $6.00 flat rate on orders under $90. Standard and Express options are available at checkout. We ship via USPS and UPS and send a tracking number for every order.
Production time: pens do not go through the padding process, so pen-only orders ship within 2 business days. If you order pens together with pads, the order ships on the pad schedule of up to 3 business days. Production time is separate from carrier transit time.
