About Trivia Warehouse

Trivia Warehouse makes professional trivia easier to run. We focus on reliable custom-printed answer materials and fresh weekly questions for trivia companies, independent hosts, bars, restaurants, breweries and other venues that need a system that works week after week.

We are a supplier, not a hosting service. We do not run your trivia night or place hosts in venues. What we do is make sure the two things that break a quiz night — running out of answer sheets and running out of good questions — never break yours.

What we do

Editorial & Question Writing

We write and edit the weekly question sets in-house, verify every answer, and balance category mix and difficulty so a set actually plays well in a room instead of just reading well on paper. 60+ questions go out by email every Monday, which gives you the full week to prepare. Graphic Design & Artwork

We build the pad layouts and prepare customer logos and artwork for print, so a file that looks right on screen also prints correctly at pad size. You can customize a design yourself on the product page, or send us what you have — including rough artwork — and we will set it up for print. See Custom Printing.

Print Production

We print, pad and pack in six formats, from 2.75" x 4.25" answer slips up to 5.5" x 8.5" round sheets, and we check runs before they ship. Pads are printed on certified SFI-sourced paper, 20lb / 92 brightness, backed with 22PT chipboard. Production takes up to 3 business days — for custom work, that clock starts when your artwork is approved. Browse the pads.

Ordering with us

  • Six pad formats with published sheet counts, so you can size an order to your actual player count. The Trivia Pad Calculator does the math for you.
  • Economy shipping is free on orders of $90 and over, $6.00 flat under $90, via USPS or UPS with tracking on every order.
  • Standard, non-custom items can be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused and unopened, and custom-printed pads are final sale once production begins — full terms are in our Refund Policy. Returns policy.
  • Reorders do not require rebuilding artwork — we keep your files. Reorder a previous order.

Where we came from

Trivia Warehouse grew out of running trivia nights ourselves, which is why the pads are built around how a game is actually scored rather than how a print shop prefers to cut paper. Sustainability matters to us too: we use certified SFI-sourced paper and keep runs sized to what customers will actually use.
