- Total Sheets: 500, 750, 1,000, 2,000. This is the total number of printed sheets in your order, not the number of pads.
- Sheets Per Pad: 25, 50, 75, 100. This sets how thick each physical pad is.

Paper and backing: printed on Certified SFI (Sustainable Forestry Initiative) sourced paper, 20lb text weight at 92 brightness, backed with sturdy 22PT chipboard so the pad stays rigid on a table.

Shipping & Returns
Production time (before your order ships):
- Standard, non-custom pads: up to 3 business days after you order.
- Custom-printed pads: up to 3 business days after you approve your artwork.
- Pens only: up to 2 business days after you order.
- Pads and pens together: up to 3 business days.
Production time is separate from carrier transit time. Transit time depends on the shipping service you pick at checkout.
Shipping rates:
Economy shipping is free on orders of $90 or more, and a $6.00 flat rate on orders under $90. Standard and Express options are also available at checkout. We ship via USPS and UPS and send a tracking number for every order.
Returns:
Custom-printed pads are final sale once production has begun — they are made specifically for your order, and you approve the artwork before we print. A custom order can be cancelled only before production begins. Standard, non-custom items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused and unopened; return shipping is paid by the customer. If anything arrives damaged, defective, incorrect or misprinted, tell us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will reprint, replace or refund it at no additional cost.
