It depends on how answers are collected. Small pads (2.75" x 4.25" portrait or 4.25" x 2.75" landscape) suit question-by-question answer slips. Medium pads (4.25" x 5.5" or 5.5" x 4.25") give teams room for answer-and-wager formats. Large pads (5.5" x 8.5") work as full-round or self-scoring sheets. Notepads (3.6" x 8.5") suit long single-column answer forms. Use the Trivia Pad Calculator to size an order to your player count.

Yes. You can customize a pad design directly on the product page, or send us artwork and we will set it up. Full details are on the Custom Printing page.

Minimums are set by the lowest total-sheet option on each product: Small Portrait 1,250 sheets · Small Landscape 1,250 · Medium Portrait 1,000 · Medium Landscape 1,000 · Large Portrait 500 · Notepads 500. Quiz Night Pens are sold in packs of 50.

Divide the total sheets you order by the sheets-per-pad you choose. For example, 2,500 total sheets at 25 sheets per pad is 100 pads; the same 2,500 sheets at 50 sheets per pad is 50 pads. The quantity you select on the product page is total sheets, not pads.

Up to 3 business days. For custom-printed pads that clock starts when your artwork or design is approved, not when the order is placed. Production time is separate from carrier transit time.

Pen-only orders have up to 2 business days of handling time before they leave us.

Economy is free on orders of $90 and over, and $6.00 flat on orders under $90. Standard is $10.90 ($0–$40), $14.20 ($40.01–$200) and $38.80 ($200.01+). Express is $26.88 ($0–$40) and $46.89 ($40.01–$89.99). We use USPS and UPS, and tracking is provided on every order. Exact rates are always shown at checkout.

No — custom-printed pads are final sale once production has begun. They are manufactured specifically for your order, and you review and approve the artwork before anything is printed, so please check spelling, logos, layout, colors, quantity and pad size carefully at the proof stage. A custom order can be cancelled only before production begins. Full terms are in our Refund Policy.

30 days from delivery, provided the item is unused, unopened and in its original packaging — this covers non-custom products such as Quiz Night Pens. Email info@triviawarehouse.com before sending anything back. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, and original shipping charges are refunded only when the return is the result of our error. Tell us within 7 days of delivery. Send your order number, a short description and photos showing the problem to info@triviawarehouse.com, and we will provide a replacement, reprint or refund at no additional cost — including on custom pads. Print problems on our end are ours to fix. One distinction: a production error is not the same as a design element that was already present on artwork you approved, so we generally cannot refund a pad that was produced correctly from an approved proof.

You do not need to rebuild your design. Start at the Reorder page and tell us which previous order you want repeated, or contact us with your order number and we will pull the artwork we already have on file.
