How ordering works
- Work out your sheet count. The Trivia Pad Calculator takes your teams per game, sheets per team and games per week, and tells you which order size fits and how long it should last.
- Choose format, sheets per pad and quantity on the product page. Pads are sold by total sheets, so 1,250 sheets at 25 sheets per pad gives you 50 pads.
- Add your design. Pick one of the ready-made styles, or add your own logo or artwork.
- Reorder without rebuilding it. Once we have printed your artwork, use the reorder page and we match it to the file already on record.

Frequently asked questions
What is the smallest order?
500 total sheets on the large pads and notepads, and 1,000 to 1,250 sheets on the medium and small pads. Because pads are sold by total sheets, the number of pads you receive depends on the sheets-per-pad option you choose.
How many sheets should I order?
Use the Trivia Pad Calculator. It works out a weekly sheet burn from your teams per game and games per week, then shows how long each order size should last. If you would rather reason it through yourself, how many questions a trivia night should have is a good starting point for sheet layout.
Which size do most venues use?
The small landscape pad at 4.25"W x 2.75"H is our most-ordered format, followed by the small portrait pad. Venues running longer rounds or picture rounds usually move up to a medium pad.
Can I put my own logo on the sheets?
Yes. That is what most trivia companies and venues order. If you do not have artwork ready, the small and medium pads include ready-made trivia designs.
Do you print for trivia companies with multiple venues?
Yes. The small landscape pad goes up to 30,000 sheets in a single order, which is the usual route for multi-venue operators.
What is the difference between portrait and landscape?
Orientation, not quality. Portrait sheets are taller than they are wide and suit a numbered answer list. Landscape sheets are wider and suit short answers written side by side, or branding across the top.
How do I reorder the same pads?
Use the reorder page. If we printed your artwork before, we match the request to the file on record rather than asking you to upload it again.
